Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

GETI Institute Private Ltd will process the ticket cancellation request from you as per the cancellation/refund policy of the Event Organizer. The cancellation fee and the period taken to process the refund will be as of 7 days.

How does the customer cancel a ticket?

Please call on +917233803594 for all cancellation related queries. Our customer support team will help you process the request as per the cancellation policy of the event organizer.

Refund Policy

Customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of ticket fare if the cancellation of the Ticket is attributable to the organizer. We as an event organizer providing 100% refund policy on cancelation through either side. The refund would be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days by NEFT Transfer Amount of the dishonor of ticket.

Who can participate

As this is a decision-maker's forum, up to three School Founders, Directors, Principals, Vice Principals and Incharges from a school may participate.

Fee for Delegate <%--(All payments are non-profit 80G tax deductible.)--%>
<%--Rs 9500/---%>Non-Residential <%--Per person for the duration of the Conference. It includes Registration + Lunch + Dinner + Tea/ Coffee + Conference Binder + Certificates--%>

9,500 for Registration, all meals, snacks, Conference binder and certificates for 3 days.
<%--Rs 3000/---%>Residential <%-- (optional)--%>

12,500 for Registration, all meals, snacks, Conference binder, certificates Site seeing and 3 Day/Night Stay.

*Residential at the conference venue, the World Unity Convention Center (WUCC), per person for the combined duration. It is on a shared basis of up to a maximum of three persons per room. You are welcome to arrive a previous night and leave a day later, if necessary, at no extra cost and with all meals included. As ususal, there are practical constraints of space, so kindly reserve your place right away.

Shopping and sight-seeing are arranged outside of the lectures on last day only.

All participants are warmly received at the airport or railway station. Kindly provide your arrival and departure details after registration on Edleader website or by e-mail to ensure someone will be there to receive you and drop you.

 

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

You can pay online, by Demand Draft, by Cash / Cheque deposit in Bank. Demand Draft should be in Favour of 'GETI INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED' , Payable at Lucknow. (*Please note that we do not accept payment through cheque at venue.)
